Income Tax Return Filing Services in India
Accurate ITR filing and year-round tax support for salaried individuals, professionals, freelancers, and businesses anywhere in India. Correct form, best regime, maximum lawful savings.
Who Needs Income Tax Return Filing
Aidwish provides income tax return filing services in India for salaried employees, professionals, freelancers, traders, NRIs, firms, and companies. Every return is prepared by qualified tax professionals who first understand your income sources, then pick the correct ITR form (ITR-1 to ITR-7), compare the old versus new tax regime for your specific numbers, and file so that you stay fully compliant while claiming every deduction you are legally entitled to. Whether you have one Form 16 or a mix of salary, capital gains, rental income, and business turnover, we handle the complexity for you.
Filing an ITR is more than uploading a form. It means reconciling your Form 26AS, AIS (Annual Information Statement), and TIS with your actual books so that the department's data matches what you declare, because a mismatch is the single most common trigger for notices and delayed refunds. It means choosing the right regime, computing advance tax on time to avoid interest under sections 234B and 234C, and reporting foreign assets, crypto (VDA), and high-value transactions correctly. Our job is to get all of this right the first time.
Headquartered in Lucknow and serving clients in every state through secure online document sharing, Aidwish works the same way for a startup founder in Bengaluru, a doctor in Jaipur, a freelance designer in Pune, or a trading firm in Delhi. You send your documents, we do the computation and review, you approve, and we e-file and e-verify. No jargon, no hidden charges, and clear guidance on what to keep for your records.
Salaried individuals with Form 16, especially those with multiple employers, switched jobs, or income above the basic exemption limit
Professionals and freelancers (doctors, consultants, designers, developers) who can benefit from presumptive taxation under section 44ADA
Business owners, traders, and firms with turnover-based filing, tax audit, or presumptive scheme under section 44AD
Individuals with capital gains from shares, mutual funds, property, or virtual digital assets (crypto)
NRIs with income earned or accrued in India, such as rent, capital gains, or interest
Anyone who received a defective return, mismatch, or scrutiny notice, or needs to file a revised, belated, or updated return
People claiming a TDS/TCS refund, carrying forward losses, or applying for loans/visas that require filed ITRs
Income Tax Return Filing — end to end
We assess all your income heads and select the right form from ITR-1 (Sahaj) through ITR-7, avoiding the defective-return notices that come from filing the wrong form.
A side-by-side tax computation under both regimes on your actual figures, so you pay the lower amount and understand exactly why.
We match your declared income against the department's records to prevent mismatches, notices, and refund hold-ups before filing.
Accurate computation of short- and long-term capital gains on shares, mutual funds, property, and virtual digital assets with correct grandfathering and indexation.
For eligible businesses and professionals, we file under the presumptive scheme to simplify compliance and reduce audit burden.
Guidance on 80C, 80D, 80G, HRA, home loan interest, and NPS so you claim every lawful deduction and plan ahead for next year.
Drafting and filing replies to intimation under 143(1), defective-return 139(9), and scrutiny notices, with representation before the department.
We e-verify your return and follow up on refund status so your money reaches your pre-validated bank account without avoidable delay.

How long it takes
You share documents securely; we review income heads, run 26AS/AIS reconciliation, and flag anything missing.
We compute tax under both regimes, apply deductions, and prepare a draft for your approval.
After you confirm the figures, we e-file the return on the income tax portal.
Return is e-verified via Aadhaar OTP or net banking; must be verified within 30 days of filing.
CPC processes and credits the refund; timelines depend on the income tax department, not on Aidwish.

Questions, answered
Which ITR form should I file?
It depends on your income sources. ITR-1 suits salaried residents with income up to a set limit and one house property; ITR-2 covers capital gains and multiple properties; ITR-3 is for business or professional income; ITR-4 is for presumptive schemes. Filing the wrong form leads to a defective-return notice, so we select it based on your actual profile.
Should I choose the old or new tax regime?
There is no universal answer - it depends on your deductions. The new regime offers lower slab rates but limited deductions, while the old regime rewards those with heavy 80C, 80D, HRA, and home loan claims. We compute both on your real numbers and pick whichever gives you the lower tax.
What happens if I file my ITR after the due date?
You can still file a belated return, but a late fee under section 234F applies (up to Rs 1,000 for income up to Rs 5 lakh, up to Rs 5,000 above that), plus interest on any unpaid tax. You also lose the ability to carry forward certain losses. Filing on time avoids all of this.
Do freelancers and professionals get any simpler filing option?
Yes. Eligible professionals can use presumptive taxation under section 44ADA and declare a prescribed percentage of receipts as income, without maintaining detailed books or a tax audit in most cases. Small businesses have a similar scheme under 44AD. We check your eligibility and file accordingly.
I received an income tax notice - can you help?
Yes. We handle intimation under section 143(1), defective-return notices under 139(9), and scrutiny notices. We review the notice, reconcile the data, draft the response, and file it within the deadline, representing your case before the department where required.
How long does an income tax refund take?
Once your return is filed and e-verified, the CPC processes it and credits the refund to your pre-validated bank account, typically within a few weeks. The exact timing depends on the income tax department and on your data matching cleanly, which is why we reconcile everything before filing.
